[Forwarded][10/11/2019] Strange black lines on ground at high altitude

When I reach high altitudes, certain regions gain weird black lines over them. It mainly happens on river banks, but other regions consistently get the buggy lines as well.

The first areas to get weird black lines are river banks. Then at slightly higher altitude, other areas get the black lines as well.

The black lines disappear when the planes lowers its altitude enough.

My graphics settings or on the 'Maximum' preset

 

The issue is present on stable and beta drivers, my 1660 Ti and my 960

 

Kernel: 5.3.8-generic

Distro: Ubuntu 19.10

DE: GNOME 3.34.1

GPU: GTX 1660 Ti @ 2.175GHz

Graphics Drivers: Nvidia-440.26

CPU: [email protected]

RAM: 16GB DDR4 HyperX Fury
