I understand that this may be really disappointing that Sweden gets their heli tree before the Chinese techtree does because ngl Swedish helicopters were mostly copy and paste. Also at the same thing for the Chinese helicopters, it’ll have a feeling that Gaijin isn’t getting enough information about them because when you want to learn more about Chinese military vehicles, it is really difficult to find reliable information about them. Or I am probably gonna assume that they are still working hard to find more information about them and developing it. But hopefully they would be implemented soon!

No native helicopters were developed in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, so of course.

 

China is extremely tight up with pandemic restrictions on travel etc, which won't help the situation. How would you even get data other than existing photos on models?

i love they are getting a top tier jet, but they still need a top MBT, heli tree and maybe some SPAA ??? the set in stone 7.1 sec reload is tough.. pretty much all has faster reload unless its some new player who bought its way to top tier.

Top Tier is too far from being playable yet... At least they could give some copy-paste RoC Army stuff, so tree would be playable again

yeah those 8x optics are bad, plus the reverse speed is top garbage. Waiting for something viable and one not purely influenced by Russian design, such as a ZTZ99A or 96B or VT4

aye, i dont understand why that should be hard for Gaijin to do ?? also ive seen alot of Chinese helis.. wich are not a apache

Sucks, I want the z-10 so bad, but alas I am happy that the J-8B is being added, by far one of my favorite jets, and possibly my favorite aesthetically. plus the ztz 88 finally coming as well as the new 9.7 premium ztz96a prototype are all fairly welcome additions. Gotta appreciate what little gains you get

Right, might as well have a blast with the first Chinese SARH-capable jet, and perhaps a Chinese MLD (thanks to the missiles). 

 

That 88A is a perfect reason to play China 8.7 once again.

 

Again, it's best to practice delayed gratification.

 

Mind you, with enough time, we might get the Ka-52K and a few Z-10 variants, not just one.

maybe if the new prem sells, gaijin may spot some good profit in china again, and adding heli plus top tier tanks.. would make alot of prem packs xD

I thought the Israeli one was already to come this patch, since its basically here already? So not much competition...I don't understand how they cant even release a damned premium heli for China!

They have not been confirmed to be coming no. Knowing gaijin it wouldn't surprise me if they dont get them ever

That's true, but I feel that overall Israel has more popularity partially due to how some people still choose to believe that China is just copy and paste with no potential, as well as the people who dislikes the Chinese TT due to political reasons (which I don't agree with, it is afterall a video game).

I think Israel is not that popular too because of political thingies as well as copy paste. I actually have a feeling that china is more preferred among players. I have seen several chinese flags in my teammates recently.

 

It's likely not the playerbase, rather Gaijin themselves that does not want to/is lazy to develop China, hence such nation does not get much playerbase love in game, because it is limited as it is.

Are there any public domain sources on the Z-10 or Z-19? Because without that the Chinese heli tree is lacking the crown jewels. And that makes it unmarketable. Gaijin wants to release a tree with the top stuff there so people feel the need to pay for a premium to get is faster. So it makes buisness sense to hold back until they can make the top tier stuff.

How about the puma, challies, leclercs and abrams variants which are still heavily classified but made it into the game?

 

Also, i had word that the research team just started the research progress on chinese helis approcimately 3 weeks ago. Cant judge too quickly what caused this tho

There are public sources on those. Obviously less accurate but still something. China seems to run a tighter ship.

This can't seriously be the case? If so China won't be getting helis for at least another year...research takes time, then design, coding, testing, implementation and all that...

Would have thought research was started years ago (2019?)!
