PlanyKaanere 722 Report post Posted August 27, 2020 The 76mm Rooikat we have in-game is the Mk.1D, a 2000s modernisation program of the Mk.1C (as written on its devblog). Thus, the 1994 flag is correct. I guess they added such a late variant to avoid flag controversies. The premium Rooikat 105 was a 1994 prototype, so its flag is correct too. It have to do with Political circumstances.Wees eerder veilig as jammer Rather be safe than sorry later if the 1928 flag gonna be in game. Whisky_Bravo 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2021 Afternoon I recently had the same issue, and I had this inner conflict raging because of the incorrect 'award of glory' to the new flag for something that was developed under our Union flag (Orange, white and Blue). But I must admit, sentiment got in the way. After thoroughly studying the development of the Rooikat I agree with @PlanyKaanere , the variant here is the upgrade from the MK1 C which was produced under the "new flag". I would guess, the Bismarck featured in the Winter event recently, under Germany, should have the old flag as this was the heavy variant prototype 3.
