Summary of arguments and rebuttals

Picture of the JDAM on the F-4EJ Kai?
it is just for display.

Is the ADTW's F-4EJ's new antenna is GPS antenna?
It's been installed since 1988, so that is not a GPS antenna.

A picture of the F-4EJ Kai with the XGCS-2?
Just performing aerodynamics and separation tests with dummy bomb, not real bomb.

F-4EJ Kai's GCS-1?
No ground attack ability due to seeker's performance

F-4EJ Kai's AGM-62 or AGM-65?
When producing the F-4EJ, all equipment was removed, and no functions were added even in EJ Kai.

Shouldn't EJ Kai have a lead indicator? Considering it has basically an F-16A radar

Yes, however i think they are avoiding putting lead indicators on any planes atm. Since they did remove them from every plane that had them if im correct

Correct me if i'm wrong but Aim-9B got replaced with Aim-9E as stock missile on the F4EJ Kai, All Aim-9E and Aim-7D lodouts got removed except for stock loudout also the radar on T-2 got changed to AN/AWG-11 and F-1 to AN/AWG-12 according to the Datamine from second dev server.

F-4EJ Kai has AIM-9P's, not the AIM-9J's we saw on the dev server.

they are more or less the same, just different names

Well the Kai TBH behaves in everyway like the EJ. Having played it alraidy I can't see nothing particularly interesting and nothing to differentiate.

the one biggest distinction is you have 2x 9Ps with the Kai instead of the 9Bs so the stock grind won't be as horrendous and considering how much more capable of a BVR and long range engagements than the EJ, I think the Kai still is worth getting but not a priority over the Kai.

Long story shot, its a EJ that has very nice QOL improvements that ensure higher success rates per missile fired.

Uh yeah the 9P stock is fine, and also the stock bombs as well, but you didint needed them in the other phantoms, the gatling is very good anyway. Until this progresses somewhat more, it's just another phantom to grind overall.

Are the 9Ps also as flare resistant as the Js are now, or for that matter the rest of the AIM 9s. I haven't been able to flare off any of the AIM9s and their derivatives at all recently and have only been able to dodge poorly fired missiles.

Well yeah mainly because it's in a artificial nerfed state. If it wasn't for that it would definitely be 100times more scarier.  I would say it's still worth getting tho because it's future proof unlike the normal EJ.

I'm actually enjoying the dogfight sparrows quite a bit with the EJKai - it almost feels disgusting having missiles that hit this easily combined with the pulse doppler radar, but then it's probable that there's a huge influx of players that don't play regularly (forgetting to pop flares/chaff) or they're grinding stock aircraft without flares. I took a short clip hitting 3 people within 5km with the radar on ACM PD mode:

Oh I know,  that's why I'm spading it, considering the future, but as for now, it's not very diferent overall.

I just got the F4EJ Kai and its cool and all but why would they name the Aim 7E2 Dog Fight missiles? feel like they are normal 7E's. Dont think I would personally put the DF tag on them cuz of its 1km travel time.

that 10Gs extra of pull makes a huge difference as the engagements within 5km are much easier to hit with radar missiles now instead of being barely an option

The radars are still incomplete imo. the Kai and Viggen are almost identical in precision. They both need to be a tad bit more accurate and not susceptible to interference from other flying aircraft or missiles. They should both be more faster in target acquisition and less able to lose locks due to notching.

The Kai right now is just pretty much a f4E radar with PD. Should be more powerful.

the E2 is only as powerful as its firing platforms radar. That is why it's semi ok right now.

Didnt it also had search while track capabilities? (i know those would be OP in game and probabaly shouldnt be implemented for a while)

I just noticed something, a small detail that I don't think will really matter, but the F-4EJ Kai in game still has the AN/APR-25 RWR (You can see this by going to X-Ray view and hovering your mouse over the pilot or the WSO), but the F-4EJ Kai irl has the J/APR-6 RWR. This is probably just a simple holdover from the F-4EJ that they forgot to change, and to be honest I don't think it has an effect really since I don't think RWR's are modeled to be different from the various aircraft equipped with them. Even still should one of us make a report about this?

I mean it always pays off to do a report, so yes we should defenetly do a report on it

TWS (Track-While-Scan) has been added since AN/APG-66(V)2, AN/APG-66J does not have TWS

That would mean the F-4EJ Kai would have TWS then since F-16A Block 15s use (V)2's and the EJ Kai radar is from Block 15 Falcons.

was the initial upgrade using the V(2) since that might be a valid report to add otherwise it might get ignored until a later date when other nations also get TWS for top tier and the Kai will get it retroactively.

what is your sources? 航空自衛隊 F-4マニアックス explains AN/APG-66J was built on the basis on the AN/APG-66.

AN/APG-66J is the add AIM-7 capability to AN/APG-66.

Spoiler

image.thumb.png.dd1fc87e813663c3aeb52e8f image.thumb.png.3b4147aaa6ff3d058ced35cc image.thumb.png.3b4147aaa6ff3d058ced35cc

As you can see it mentions AN/APG-66J is different with AN/APG-66(V)2. They added air-to-air (for AIM-7), air-to-ship capabilities to the early AN/APG-66 and named it the AN/APG-66J.
