My account got hacked last year.

Hello, 

 

In April of last year my account got hacked, i didn't have access to the email address the account was registered to as it was my fathers (i was 11/12 when i started playing) and when i look i saw over 15 logins from various countries around the world (obviously not me). I had reported the fact my account got hacked about 8 months previous, a few months ago i was banned for apparently using cheats which obviously wasn't me it was probably one of the 15 other people who i think got access to my account. 

 

I provided sooo much evidence that my account was hacked and told them if they simply look at the attachments or lookup to see how many logins my account had received in the last moth could see what i was trying to say.

 

The fact of the matter is i love the game, i have been playing the game since it's release and spent over £500 ($654) and just over 560 euros which was mainly Christmas and birthday money.

 

This is a long shot as ive been trying for months to get it back and have been threatened to stop posting on my support ticked or i would be banned from posting anymore. Could anybody help or know who i could speak to?

Wait

The support threatened to just ban you because they don't want to help you?

 

What did they say?

Are they not believing you or do they not want/can they not help you?

first you should not post pictures showing your email address... that certainly does not make your (game / email) account more save.

Yeah shouldn't of included my email but my account is locked/banned and now has the 2-factor enabled.

They basically said for me to stop making any support requests as its been already 'solved', even though with the screenshots provided and the huge amount of time spent playing and money would lead anybody to the logical conclusion i didn't cheat. Why would you cheat on a free game..with your own personal account you spent thousands of hours on and money? The fact all the replies i got were along the lines of 'It's been solved already' showed nobody looked any deeper into the issue. I'm not asking for any second chance as i didn't cheat in the first place.

Also the fact in the same day.... my account was being accessed from multiple different continents. I admit my account should of been more secure in the first place (my bad) but me not being more careful isn't a reason to ignore the case. 

Also, sorry in advance if this seems like me complaining! it's not my intention i just want some help sorry to be a pain :)

While I understand your frustration, we are not authorized to handle account related issues here. All account related issues must be processed through Gaijin Support. There isn't much more we can do for you here. In the end, your account is your own responsibility. Furthermore, as pointed out by relliK, you should not post your email in any screenshots you provide. I've removed such screenshots from your original post, as well as any communications between you & Gaijin Support as they are not allowed here.

I know my response and the closure of this thread may not provide much help to you, however we simply can't help you here due to the nature of your issue.

I would like to remind you of our Forum Rules if you decide to post here again. Specifically, the ones below.
