I've always liked the idea of a Nordic/Scandinavian tech tree. I hope that one day we'll have a finished tech tree.

I don't understand why they need to add a whole new tech tree when they haven't even given Sweden or China any helicopters, at this point I would just like 3 or 4 helicopters at least because if you end up being on a team with Sweden and/or China your instantly at a disadvantage at high tier since they are in some cases essential to winning.

Yes they will, in huge leak last year there was UH-1 with Swedish skin so I dont see why Swediah helis wouldnt come

Reddit's been asking for Swedish helis too so they need to improvise the way they regularly do for Russian and German vehicles. Finland and Denmark have MD-500 of various types. They can carry this and that. Thermal systems possible if I read right. The most interesting loadout looks to be four Stinger missiles since that's really the military doctrines are around here, 99% transport and defense, 1% bringing down buildings, which you would do by other means anyway.

 

I would suggest making a Finnish MD-500 with the usual, 4km, range TOW2s, but also this four Stinger loadout. Like a post in there it would best be combined with a Scout function also suggested in this heli subforum, to give more things to do. Even better if the model the littlebirds correctly in performance and agility, these should be able to capture points in places like Port Novo by the southern team with that blade-span.

 

Adding that Huey with that basic short range missile won't be too hot. Not going over BR 9.3 (which is where I would put the short range Stinger having MD-500, unless it really does get long range stuff) would be okay for heli BRs since it would be too much to give us the AH-64 and Mi28 that came over for some tests and observations, obviously. I'd love to run a littlebird around to scout and mark and send the currently extremely nerfed into submission bad Stinger missiles after enemy air.

 

Easy way out with a Swedish Huey with either the ancient 2km range ATGM or regular TOW2Bs of max 4km range? What would be the use, frankly.

Thought the Japanese starter heli having to make 380k RP with a 38k FFAR loadout and nothing more in order to proceed was bad. This?

 

RB53 on the starter heli, and then RB52 on the equal BR one you unlock? Then most likely 380k RP for the 9.3 BO105?

 

Heli PvE mode needs to happen, something needs to happen, split up Heli EC HARD AND HEAVY so that these ancient helis with ancient limited weapons from 1950's won't get shot down by helis TAKEN INTO RUSSIAN SERVICE IN DECEMBER 2021.

 

 

While waiting for dev server I want to say that I, with nothing happening in life due to the pandemic, will likely no-life-grind these helis the best I can. We're not leaving our respective squads I'm sure but I will happily fly together with you folks to make the pain easier.

Yeah tried it in test flight, exploded by itself when it got out of 2km range, and its so freaking slow, it wouldn't be an issue if the machineguns on tanks weren't so good at shooting down helicopters but they are and they so easily kill and disable helicopters.

Need to make 472k RP in these first two 7.7 for a good reason helis to get HKP9 which happens to be a BR jump of 2.0 ahead. How much could one of these earn in one full session of Heli EC?

 

At least it's a Huey and nice to fly to begin with, 92k RP and you're onto the skinny old frenchie with SS11s that actually can kill.
