Hi,

The Etendard IVM is missing a CCIP, named as :
SAAB AX26

 

The CCIP will work like the following data's:

Indication of cockpit location of commands - HUD information - Bombing scheme - Graph of theorical and practical use of the CCIP

Description of "system components" // "HUD information"  

Description of parameters used

Description of "Range for use" // "Errors in the CCIP system - Wind, Static Pressure, Altitude of bomb drop"

i'll put all those information together for You/Devs, and in english:
1- CCIP Limitation:

Dive Angle: -5° to -55° ("+" when you pull up // "-" when you dive)

G-Factor "Normal use" : between 2G and 6G

G-Factor "Maximum use" : 7.5G

Bomb-Drop Altitude : 0 feet to 18000 feet

Speed for Bomb-Drop : between 310 knots and 620 knots

 

2- CCIP Wind calculation :

the wind calculation is based on the "Dive Trajectory" of the aircraft.

it'll correct the bomb path by:

25% in axial (Up and Down)

75% in lateral (Left and Right)

 

3- It use both Radar Information, and the Inertial Unit + it's internal captors.
