Me 262 A-1a/R6 or Jabo is a field modification for A-1a which gives the fighter, a bomb sight and ability to carry bombs.

 

The reason this should be added is because Me 262 A-1a is not really that good fighter, its more worthwhile to just skip it straight to Me 262 C-1a, but giving A-1a the /R6 modification would improve its usefulness, especially in simulator.

 

"The Me 262A-1a/Jabo was an unofficial designation given to Me 262A-1 a aircraft converted in the field for the Blitz-Bomber role by adding bomb pylons and bomb fusing equipment."

 

As you can see below, Me 262 A-1a carrying 2x 250kg bombs, easy way to recognize a A-1a from A-2a is the gun amount, A-1a has 4x 30mm guns while A-2a has only 2x 30mm guns.

Since I can't afford the Sturmvogel, this gets a hearty +1 from me.

On the one hand, it does take away the uniqueness of the Sturmvogel (particularly as somebody who has one), but on the other hand, I can see why a free alternative would appeal to those who missed out on getting it and don't have that kind of money to blow on the market.

Me 262 A-2a should have been a tech tree plane in the first place. But Me 262 A-1a/R6 has no access to 500kg, only 2x 250kg.

the Rustaze modifications, as well as the Umrust ones on german planes, should be unlockable modules...
