[Known Issue] Patch 1.99 - HUD, Map, Vehicle Screen Disappear

Started today after updating my Xbox to 1.99.  Various tanks used, problem randomly appears where the crosshair, HUD, mini-map and vehicle selection screen disappear.  The sound begins to lag then SFX are gone.  Only way to correct the issues is to restart the game.
