FerdinandTank 31 Report post Posted July 16, 2020 (edited) NOTE: This was before of the latest patch of new power, this may not valid any more and may break your game. I hadn't test it on the new wt version, use at your own risk (always backup your config.blk) Hello! in the latest patches I experienced bad performance on my MacBook pro including stuttering(even with 50 fps), freezes, and general a bad game experience. My Mac specs: - Model Name: MacBook Pro Late 2013 - Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Core i7 - Processor Speed: 2.6 GHz - RAM: 16 GB - GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M In order to greatly improve the performance, I updated the config.blk and practically all my issues were gone, except for the occasional stuttering. Here I share with you my config.blk so my fellow mac master race players can stop the pain config.blk (always make a backup of your current config.blk): doShowDriversOutdated:b=yes renderer2:t="auto" graphicsQuality:t="ultralow" hdClient:b=no language:t="English" clientType:t="32bit" use_release_candidate:b=no releaseChannel:t="" forcedLauncher:i=0 yunetwork{ curCircuit:t="production" webStatusPort:i=23456 enableWebStatus:b=no } download{ tracker_exchange:b=yes peer_exchange:b=yes dnl_limit:b=no DHT:b=yes dnl_speed_rate:i=1000 upl_speed_rate:i=1000 seeding_on:b=yes upl_limit:b=no UTP:b=yes } oculus{ edgeScale:r=0.95 magnetometerEnabled:b=no predictionEnabled:b=no zeroParallaxDist:r=3 k2:r=0.666 k1:r=0.5 fovMul:r=1.2 maxSeparation:r=0.0005 } launcher{ startup_with_windows:b=no carouselHtmlUrlOverride:t="127.0.0.1:23456/web/carousel.html" carouselImagesListUrlOverride:t="127.0.0.1:23456/web/carousel-images.csv" enableCarousel:b=yes overrideCarouselUrls:b=yes hide_to_tray_option:b=yes } graphics{ enableSuspensionAnimation:b=no contactShadowsQuality:i=0 tireTracksQuality:i=0 waterRefractionEnabledFor:i=0 lenseFlares:b=no displacementQuality:i=0 dirtSubDiv:i=1 waterReflectionTexDiv:i=2 advancedShore:b=no landquality:i=0 texquality:t="low" panoramaResolution:i=1024 hqHangarWeather:b=no shadowQuality:t="ultralow" cloudsQuality:i=2 enemiesQuality:t="low" skyQuality:i=2 clipmapScale:r=0.5 lastClipSize:i=4096 backgroundScale:r=1 grassRadiusMul:r=0.1 rendinstDistMul:r=0.5 anisotropy:i=1 fxDensityMul:r=0.2 physicsQuality:i=0 waterQuality:t="low" giQuality:t="low" ssaa:r=1 } render{ fxReflection:b=no ssrQuality:i=0 staticShadowsOnEffects:b=no waterReflection:b=no haze:b=no ssaoQuality:i=0 rendinstGlobalShadows:b=no grass:b=no softFx:b=no shadows:b=no selfReflection:b=no motionBlur:b=no } video{ oculus:b=no instancing:t="auto" mode:t="fullscreen" resolution:t="auto" compatibilityMode:b=yes postfx_antialiasing:t="none" alpha_to_coverage:b=no driver:t="auto" disableFlipEx:b=no windowed:b=no vsync:b=no adaptive_vsync:b=no fonts:t="small" } sound{ speakerMode:t="auto" fmod_sound_enable:b=yes } debug{ screenshotAsJpeg:b=no 512mboughttobeenoughforanybody:b=yes } directx{ d3d9ex:b=no maxaa:i=0 enableHdr:b=no } Edited December 1, 2020 by FerdinandTank

Create a backup of your current config.blk and give it a run, worst case it don't work and your revert your config.blk to your backup one, best case it improves your gameplay experience

_DrStrangelove_ 10 Report post Posted November 11, 2020 Hi Ferd, dumb question I'm sure - where do I find the config.blk file? And how do you replace it? Just cut & paste over the existing one?
Guest Report post Posted October 11, 2022 Hello. I have another problem, because.... Every time before the 2nd battle, it would load the start screen in the battle, the game freezes, it varies, but it usually appears from the 2nd day after the download, (the first day the game runs very well at least). I tried to solve this by exiting after every battle, but then the game froze in the summary or when loading into the menu. (i7, 16 GB ram, 1500 MB nvidia 2016 late mac pro)

xGhostyx 86 Report post Posted January 5, 2023 That is an eternal problem that you have not solved for many months since they changed the graphics engine and as they are slow to solve it, I do not see much solution.
