Four 5”/38 guns are still enough to be competitive at BR 4.3. And here’s the San Giorgio class suggestion:

Just remove the unfinished Margottini and put this at 4.3/4.7 since the Indomito class is based on the project of the unfinished Medaglie d'oro class.
