You do realize that the most overpowered plane in the game at the moment is the cw21, and the cr714 is also an extremely strong plane because of its speed? The CR can go to 2.0 for all I care and the Cw21 needs to be 2.7 at the minimum.

I have two aced 109's, I'm supposed to NOT play them? xD gitgud son. 

 

Lol I keed, for real though, there's a TON of planes that can hang with (and beat *gasp*) the 109 at and below 4.0. It's more up to the pilot (and the ping lol). I don't really care if the 109-F4 gets a BR bump, though it would leave a big gaping hole at 4.0, it's kinda sparse and I see the two BF109 F4's as the reward for slogging through tier 1-2, and as the only holdover until like 5.7. The solution? Gaijin should add additional BF109 models in tier 3, AND buff the FM of the later BF109G models, obviously, then we won't HAVE to flog the BF109F4 so much ;)

You certainly do not know how to play bf 109s or otherwise you would not be asking for flight model buffs to 109 Gs. Don't even get me started on the 109 K-4, that thing can outrun and outclimb quite literally any prop in the game save the 51H

You certainly do not know how to recognize when someone is being facetious for comedic effect or otherwise you would not be trying to flame me for my joke :)

There's a hojillion 109's across all the tiers, I want something different, though what, idk. The F4 could easily go to 4.7 though I think it's fine where it is and so are the later ones. The only thing that actually bothers me about the G series is how the rear gear doesn't retract and just kinda.... dangles there xD but hey, Germans had to cut costs so whadya don do. If they did move the F4 up, then they should maybe add something in the 4.0 range to fill that gap. Maybe the F3? Not many were produced but it would basically be an F4 FM with the MG/FF instead of the 151 cannon, would be good at 3.7-4.0, imo.

I don't think moving the 109F4 to 4.3-4.7 until they fix other flight models is game breaking. It also doesn't make it face a bunch of cold war jets as was mentioned. I would also move some 190s down to fill in lower BRs that can struggle after the merge. 

The P-47M was mentioned. Incase you haven't flown that in a while the turn has been nerfed dramatically. It doesn't feel anything like it use to. Just give them time they can kill all good things except for the 109 that is.

Unfortunately, yeah. The problem though is that the more difficult planes are just getting destroyed by the easy planes. I don't ever see F4Us anymore, nor do I see P-47Ds, just because the J2m and 109s dominate them to the extent that they have become unusable if you want more than 5 kills a match.

Bf109s and to a certain extent fw190s are pretty dam op in arcade and have been for years now

Can we also talk how overtiered the late Russian props are?

Yak-9U - seems fine to me, but feels a little awkward

Yak-9P - I don't remember enjoying this one.

Yak-3U - tried it, kept getting dunked on by 109s

Yak-9UT - not even going to try, it looks like a 4.0 flight model at 6.0.

La-7 - guns are underwhelming and so is performance

La-7B-20... haven't even spaded that one yet, and for good reason

La-9 - a pain to spade and isn't too good at anything except guns

I-185 M-71 - I didn't like the M-82 and I doubt I'll like this one. But that's just personal preference.

I-225 - climbs to space but maneuvers like a semi truck, fun to play as an interceptor but has few options in a dogfight

Yak-3P - Literally the Yak-3 with worse guns but somehow the same BR as the 109 G-2.
La-5FN - Rank 3 but feels underwhelming for a 4.0

 

Ok, the La-9 has decent guns. The Yak-9UT has the 23 from the factory with the option to upgrade to the 37 and 45, as does the 9P. The I-225 can climb away from threats (in some cases). But the rest only have ShVAKs/B-20s at their disposal and really underwhelming performance, often getting owned by 109s at the same tier. 

I propose several solutions:

 

1 (more work to implement but could be rewarding)

- Buff Russian 20s

- Buff the FMs to fit their BRs and be competitive against things like 109 Gs and Ks

 

2 (less work to implement but could still work as the FMs and guns aren't terribly bad)

- Keep the FMs and guns as they are but move the BRs as follows:

Yak-3P: 5.3 -> 4.3

Yak-9U: no change

9P: 5.0 -> 4.3

3U: 5.7 -> 4.7

9UT: 6.0 -> 4.7

La-5FN: 4.0 -> 3.7

La-7: 4.0 -> 3.7

La-7B-20: 5.0 -> 4.3

La-9: 5.7 -> 5.0

I-185 M-71: no change

I-225: 6.0 -> 5.0
