Hello,

After the new patch i had a test flight with the new Yak38M and the keys to run VTOL flight arent binded as i know..there should be a demo ingame that shows you what you should bind.

I managed to bind some keys and take off using VTOL but not like in the devpeeks or videos is seen on youtube.

So anybody with a guide on how to bind the necesary keys for VTOL.

Thank you.

Hey there,

The two bindings you want are here:

Remember, what was on the dev server wasn't final. VTOL's could take off and hover with full armament which is not possible in reality.

Please let me know if you need any further help :salute:

Aha! I was looking for that same info! I saw the option to adjust the axes, but was confused since it seems to be looking for joystick control or something like that. You helped me out! Also found that setting hover mode to Right Alt-H (already had H set for airbrake) and then using the mouse wheel to set the + and - hover height seems to work well.

I'm glad to have helped! I believe it's already checked by default, but make sure relative control is set so you can incrementally adjust nozzle angle as opposed to it being binary, either fully forward or fully rearward. :)
