Vector thrust and VTOL with The Harrier?

Perhaps it is a silly question, but is it possible to do vector thrust and VTOL with the Harrier GR.3, and if so, with which controls?

You have to go in the control menu, it'll be in the Aircraft section, in the Movement subsection. The option is called Thrust Vector (so alternatively, use the search bar to find it, that works too), and the by default keys are Alt+U and Alt+J, wich i would advise to replace by somthing more intuitive. Also check the "Relative control" option to be able to adjust with precision, rather than a binary min/max.
