_Zekken 714 Report post Posted November 24, 2020 So, there is several technical issues with this patch right now, not least the constant packet loss. but here is another one, its happened twice now. if an AB air battle ends quickly (dunno if it happens in ground or naval battles as I've only been playing Air), Even if you didnt die or anything, The server decides that it is as if I've left the battle early, and locks out my crews. Spoiler This battle locked my crews out for 4 mins 30, I went back to the replay and it ended in 5:22, as proven here: Spoiler I have no idea if this is a known bug, honestly searching through several of relevant sections I can barely even find any complaints about the packet loss affecting everyone in every game I've played since this patch went live either so idk? supersaiyan9751@live 366 Report post Posted November 24, 2020 It is happening on Xbox and in quite a few instances, it knocked out anyone on Xbox(entire squad) and that was it but in other instances an entire team was knocked out so I have a theory for this. Gaijin’s patch made everything better but they could have left a back door in the security which allowed people to ddos and dos as they please which in turn could knock an entire team offline(or knock Xboxes offline). But yeah, this is quite annoying. I have also had this happen to me more than a few times. I have also noticed a number of odd differences since the update (lock-outs, server freezes, wonky opponent aircraft graphics). I do think the overall game graphics have improved, but it appears to be at the expense of some of the players (I use a PC, but I see Xbox users are experiencing issues as well). I have also noticed 2 other differences...very short battles and very, very aggressive players/squads in low BR arcade battles. I think the two may be linked, but I don't know, and frankly don't care. This game has become not as much fun to play and I will probably do the only thing I can do about it and stop playing play. It's too bad, I think this game had serious potential, but not fun is not fun and I only play for the fun of it. Now even "teammates" have gotten so aggressive that they shoot their own teammates and ram them because they supposedly kill-steal. Kill-steal in arcade?...really?...it's a free-for-all, get a grip "pc pilots", it's not real. I notice the EU players are the worst for this, so I try to stay away from the time slot that I normally see them in. They're easy to spot...Germans flying 109's...what a shock!! VT_88 342 Report post Posted November 28, 2020 The kick out has been happening for months. Ever since they installed the Anti cheat. I get the kick out on my PC. It's very rare, except now there are more cheaters so it is a little more frequent. I believe its all do to the Anti Cheat, most of the time it works, some times there is a kick out and sometimes there is a freeze. This never happened before they installed the anti cheat.
