Rankrotten 11 Report post Posted January 21, 2021 Gaijin have no desire to fix this mess. I have installed windows to a separate partition on my Mac and playing War Thunder without issues once again. Sad it has come to this. 1
NerdOnFire 3 Report post Posted January 22, 2021 Right, and they don't even comment on it.
WSChurchill 21 Report post Posted January 22, 2021 There hasn’t been a single peep in over two months. That’s unacceptable. Even a “We’re aware of the problem and are trying to figure out to fix it” would be welcome.
TheRealCoopsie 14 Report post Posted January 22, 2021 I agree that they should've put out a statement. I've partitioned my Mac as well but I've been playing another game instead of WarThunder because I just can't bring myself to play a game by a company that won't fix the major issues and deems Mac players aren't worth addressing.
fish_outta_water 31 Report post Posted January 29, 2021 @Pony51 I realize you aren't gaijin, but just so you are aware, and in case you want to pass the information along, if a company says a product works with a system that meets X requirements, and people who have systems that meet those requirements obtain the product, but the product does not work on their system, then that company is providing false information. In and of itself, that just makes it a bad company; however, should the company realize a profit based on false information (like, e.g., people purchasing premium time or premium vehicles), then that's fraud, which opens them to liability. That liability would be significantly increased if the company knew that such a problem existed and made no effort to remedy the problem. Now, I'm not gaijin's lawyer, just a casual corporate attorney, but it would really be good for them to address the situation. Even if it isn't a solution, a recognition that there is an issue on some systems would be a start. A statement that they are working on a solution would be even better. If they were my client, I'd advise them to not only note the problem, but indicate some timeline and steps for solving the problem. Even if it's a ways off, people tend to appreciate information. What I would not tell my client is to sit in silence and do nothing.

The Pony51 is just a forum moderator and does so on a voluntary and selfless non-profit basis and just out of love of the game, I imagine you should report the problems when you show up and send it to Gaijin but beyond is a WT problem and he can't do much, just swallow the anger of the users. In my case the game is already going well with the client activated and the textures to Full, very occasionally it freezes me but from very time to time. What could be your problem in the game?
