Did not receive GE from Steam Purchase

I need help receiving the GE I purchased through Steam. It was a $6.60 purchase on Jan 31, 2021 @ 6:23pm PST. The invoice number for the purchase is 2783756352468615536

 

I entered the marketplace as well as leave the game to update my profile. I still did not receive them.

do you use the Steam login or do you log into your Gaijin account (email / pass) on the login page ?

(to receive stuff bought on Steam it's needed to login via Steam!)

 

if you actually logged in via Steam you should open a ticket on the support website - https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us

(sign in at the top right, then create a ticket / submit a request)

Yeah I only use Steam to play WT, I don't necessarily use the regular launcher. Its been like 8 hours without receiving them. Thanks for the advice.

Issue is resolved steam didn't automatically purchase and I had to do a 2nd transaction
