Why do planes spawn right behind me in arcade?

Even in ground AB they still don't spawn behind you. The majority of the time they spawn to the side which is why they can kill you so easily.

If I'm spawning in a fighter in Ground AB I'm usually spawn behind enemy plane, 1.5- 1.7 km away,  so I won't reach the bomber or attacker in time before delivers the bombs or rockets, sometimes I don't even scratch it before it crashes.  GG:shturm_light:

When I'm the bomber or attacker is  just a completely different story.

This is the basis of most complaints in forum...and usually NOT TRUE. Perspective bias is the root of most complaints...

Either the game has something personal against you, or this makes no sense...

When you have a fighter close at your six, someone is flying it and has a good attack chance...

The topic is about someone complaining that fighters start TOO CLOSE...yet your example has you starting at 1.7km...so which is it...too close or too far...???

I also play the game, and i can easily see that sometimes i have a good position, others (usually in the same game) i have a bad position...there is a RNG factor somewhere...but in the end it usually evens out...never did the math, but since players are complaining both ways i would guess you have a roughly 50/50 chance of having a good position every time you go into the air...whatever role you play...

It is a simple concept. Air combat in Ground battles is supposed to be short, so planes start very close to attack position, and MINOR differences in efficiency (usually aiming or manoeuvring...tactical decisions also matter) will dictate the outcome.

Funny part...in the end, usually everyone dies...so lots of kills awarded...and most players get rewards for it...

Just because doesn't happen to you/your account doesn't mean is not true.

1.7 km is too far for your fighter to reach any bomber or attacker at that BR before delivers payload on your tank.

When I'm in the bomber and attacker enemy fighters are spawn 0.8 -1.2km away. So 0.5 km difference.... because???

So take a the troll somewhere else, not gonna waste my time posting screenshots where my planes are spawned and where enemy planes are spawned, trying to prove to you something you don't want to see.

If you play the game, when was last time that your fighter did touch a bomber or attacker at that BR being spawned 1.7km ?

This is just it...SOMEONE else is on the other plane...and has a completely different experience. The enemy fighters you mention had a player at the controls and spawned close to the bomber...

SO for each of your examples where you are unhappy with the range, someone else is happy...so 50% of the players are happy :)

I am NOT saying the 1.7km didnt happen or that you had a chance to get there...what i am saying is that sometimes you spawn closer behind your target and sometimes your bomber is out of reach of enemy interceptors...

IMHO...and from my games...the distance varies for ALL OF US and some games we spawn in good positions, others we have a bad situation...i never took the time to check if it is 50%...but there is also a grey area where the distance is not good nor bad...

I dont recall a 1.7km distance, but i am guessing that only happens with fast jets...i do recall many occasions where i could not get to the bomber in time...so i went strafing...BUT the next time i was closer and could get there...

Either that...or the game has something "personal" against you...and nobody could prove that until now...hence my "perspective bias" comment...
