Just got gifted a WT DLC by a friend through steam. It shows up on a separate abandoned steam account and not on gaijin account

As the title says, I got gifted a dlc from steam from a friend, My main account is on gaijin and the one on steam is an abandoned old one. Can I somehow get the DLC on the gaijin account instead? any way to transfer it? or is it a lost cause and has to stay there. I have reached 7.0 in my progression in the gaijin account, and the dlc will go to waste if its on the old one previously bound.
