Depending on your gamemode, you will then need to destroy a certain number of players in a match and also win the match. If you are playing arcade, you will need to destroy 10 enemies and win the match. If you are playing realistic battles or simulator battles, you will need to destroy 5 enemies and win the match. Depending on the money you've staked on the wager will determine the amount you get paid once the wager is complete. It's a slightly confusing topic and my apologies if my description wasn't the best. I'm sure others will be able to weigh in as well to help. I don't think this particular wager requires a win (as it's not mentioned in the description)? Edit: forgot to mention, if you take it literally, you have to get 10, and only 10, units... (5 in RB/SB). Nothing more, nothing less. A lot of other descriptions will say "at least" The inaccurate descriptions of tasks/wagers/whatever really irk me.....
