Torpedo reload indicator not working

# Description

Torpedo reload indicator in AB does not work when a ship that carries torpedo reloads has used all onboard torpedoes.

 

 

# Steps to reproduce the issue

Play any game with a ship that carries torpedo reloads - have replicated this with IJN Mogami, IJN Kiyoshimo, IJN Yuudachi, RN Raimondo Montecuccoli, RN Bartolomeo Colleoni

 

 

# Additional Information

Other ships of same nations that do NOT cary reloads do not have this problem - torpedo reload animation works as expected - eg IJN Shimikaze

• IJN Mogami, IJN Kiyoshimo, IJN Yuudachi, RN Raimondo Montecuccoli, RN Bartolomeo Colleoni

• Presumption is that it is all ships that carry torpedo reloads
