Well, it is. You have to spend money at some stage to get one, or else you can't get the tanks etc. Which is frustrating AF. 

From what I can read of it you should have got the award as you met all requirements. Sure you had right rank vehicle?

Yah, no one who has responded has been able to see any reason why the awards were not given...As far as the right rank vehicles, I've been flying the La-5F and the ITP exclusively, except one match I took my B-18B out so unless gaijin reduced them all to Tier 2 for a day they were the correct Tier...

Maybe try a support/bug submission and see if you get some movement.

I got both Bullet Proof and Terror of the sky a couple of days ago. I had 3 kills and 0 deaths. Next highest was 2 kills on both teams. Game was over much to fast and it surprised me that I got both those awards at the same time.I'm thinking that Bullet proof has the same caveat that Survivor has. That is, you cannot get the award if someone has more kills than you whether it took them 5 planes or 1. If you don't finish with 4 kills AND at the top of all 32 players in kills, you're outta luck.

Some of the award tooltips are whack. My advice would be to just change the task until you get something that doesn't involve such awards; it'll cost you only ~20k SL if you're really unlucky.

Hey itchee!!...I got Bulletproof a couple of weeks ago, but not this time...If gaijin is going to put on the events they need to straighten out their requirements and not change them without updating the requirements...Bulletproof's only requirement since 11/20 is to have 4 kills or fewer  with no deaths and in the event of ties highest score wins...Survivor has to have no deaths and more kills than anyone else on either team regardless of how many deaths they may have...Makes no sense at all...Sent this thread to a tech mod and a regular mod for their opinion, but they must be very busy modding everyone since I have not heard back from either one...

I had already used my max changes and ended up with this...In the battle pass that ended in January one of the challenges was to get Bulletproof 20 times which was pretty easy do do unless going 4-0 match after match was something people hated doing...
