Spookston wrote/helped on a Tank Encyclopedia Article on the HSTV-L???

So erm, recently, while browsing Instagram, I saw this under the Tank Encyclopedia Instagram Page, with one of the comments saying that spookston wrote the article, while others on the actual site said that he helped write it, so ig I want to know if spookston actually wrote this or if he just helped? I guess it would be really cool seeing as spookston is one of my favorite war thunder youtubers and I honestly look up to him as a content creator and person. The link to the article is below.
