Can I play WWM with only I in the squadron as a commander?

I don't want to follow anyone's orders and I don't mind having members on my squad.

 

I plan on playing alone with my squad (2500 GE) as a commander. I know I can reach a top 10 among commanders because I've already done it once.

 

My only question is if I can do this alone in a squad I create with 2500 golden eagles.

I can't answer your questions sorry, but is WWM still a thing?  Will there be another one?

You Could In Theory Do This, But Your Squad Has To Have A Minimum Member Amount Of 20(?).

Just Have Idle People Or Ask Them Nicely To No Play When WWM Turns Around I Suppose? I Don't Really See Why You'd Solo Operate And 100% Rely On Random Players.

Like Yes, Commanders Have The Higher Importance Toward Big Picture Objectives, But Lowering Your Own Chances Of Battles To Be Lost Or Won Soley On Randoms Kinda Seems Counter Productive. But I Guess I Could See A Way Through That Regardless I Suppose.
