For more than 7 working days, the customer service didn't reply to my application for unbinding steam

On August 17, Gaijin supported the first application to unbind steam, but it didn't reply. On August 23, it submitted the application again, but it still didn't reply. Because of the update problem, I used the Steam client, logged in through the Gaijin account password, and automatically bound steam. Recently, I found that it affected my account security, so I applied to unbind steam. From August 17 to now, I haven't received a customer service reply

Hey there,

 

Unfortunately support is its own entity and no one in the forums can really help you. What I will suggest is that you should wait for a reply rather than create another ticket, and I would also suggest reading through this guide as well:

This is for Star Link but the process should be the same.

 

I would also suggest try disabling automatic login and trying to log in using your Gaijin account as seen in this guide here:

I hope support gets back to you soon, or your issue is resolved with one of the links provided.
