(08-09-2021) Visual bug regarding player nametags that makes them appear as extremely bright and low quality.

# Description

          The player nametags appear very blurry and unnaturally bright. This results in difficulties reading the nametags at times, and generally looks obstructive / distracting.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

          Unknown - Issue occurred after restarting the game with no changes to game, launcher or computer settings. (etc)

# Additional Information

          Issue cannot be fixed by deleting the cache or verifying integrity of game files through launcher. It also cannot be fixed with any PostFX settings or in game settings adjustments, including resetting options to default.

Hi, small thing to add. This issue is happening when the option "Player nameplates style" is set to "Light". It looks like it is set to "Dark", even though it is set to Light. New update seems to have broken this. (unless it's an intentional change of course).
