  • A bug has been fixed where players couldn’t see the “Attention to the map” marker on the minimap during a battle.
  • A bug has been where an afterburner flame looked black in ULQ settings. 
  • A bug has been fixed that prevented a vehicle’s pop-up menu displaying in the test drive window whilst using a gamepad.
  • A bug has been fixed that prevented the decal tab from closing whilst using a gamepad.
  • A bug has been fixed that in some cases led to a crash on PlayStation consoles.
  • The display of ground units at low heights has been fixed for weapons with TV seekers.
  • IS-7 — a bug with an incorrect display of the coaxial 7.62mm machine guns in x-ray mode has been fixed.
  • Vickers Mk.3 — vignette in the gunner’s sight has been fixed, field of view has been widened. .
  • Pe-8 — separate fuel tanks have been enabled (reduced chance of fire). A more precise inertia calculation has been implemented depending on the current weight (fuel and armament load). Thermodynamics of engines has been specified. 
  • AV-8A — a bug with the display of the flares block has been fixed in the preset “Flares/chaff x240”.
  • MiG-27M — The R-60 missiles in the preset with 100kg bombs have been changed to R-60M.
  • ZTZ99-III — reduced armour durability of the hull’s front in comparison to the ZTZ99-II has been fixed (report).
  • ZTZ96, ZTZ96A, ZTZ99-II, ZTZ99-III — Reloading time for the 125 mm cannon has been changed from 7.5 to 7.1 seconds.
  • Type 79 ASM — Elevation above the line of sight in flight has been added.
  • ZSU-37-2 — Displaying of the different angular guidance speeds for the left and right cannons in the X-Ray view has been fixed.
  • HMS Peacock — Radar has been added to the X-Ray view.
  • Churchill I — A bug with reverse track rotation has been fixed.
  • Aviation SB mode now requires Easy Anti-Cheat enabled.
  • In air SB sessions, created by players, now disabled bots will change to missing or exited players.
  • A bug has been fixed with disabled the rocket ballistic calculator in mixed battles, if a player previously played in a ground vehicle or naval vessel.
  • A bug has been fixed with disabling the ballistic calculator when ammo is depleted. The fix means that it is not necessary to repeatedly switch it on in AB mode
  • F-104G (Italy) — The AIM-9J has been added to the weaponry list. The AIM-9B modification has been moved to rank II, LAU-10/A to rank III. A preset with 2хAIM-9B is now available without modification research by default.
  • F-104S — The AIM-9J has been added to the weaponry list. The AIM-7E modification has been moved to rank II. The LAU-10/A modification no longer requires research. The AIM-9B modification has been moved to rank III   
  • F-8E — A Preset with 2х AIM-9C and 2x AIM-9D has been added.
  • Tu-1 — Material and armour glass thickness in the nose section of the cockpit has been fixed.
  • Conditions for obtaining some achievements and the rewards for completing them have been changed. This will not affect the reward of achievements already received and the progress of partially completed ones. The full list of changed achievements:

  • Incorrect display of fuel has been corrected, that mistakenly depended on the connection quality.
  • A bug has been fixed where AI aircraft in Test Drive spawned with low initial speed where they stalled and crashed.
  • A bug has been fixed that in some cases led to a client crash on downloading the hangar on Nvidia graphic cards.
  • B-29 (USA) nuke carrier - in ground RB, the incorrect respawn type “Bombers” has been removed.

Sound

  • A bug has been fixed with the overly loud sound of the Begleitpanzer’s gun and the British 40mm QF.2 gun, as well as the 57mm ZiS-4 gun from the gunner’s view. 
  • The overly loud sound of the rotary barrel gear on the M61 gun (M163 SPAAG) has been fixed.
  • A bug has been fixed with the missing sound of the naval gun chase camera for the first 4 seconds of flight.
  • The overly quiet sound of the beginning of an artillery barrage has been fixed.
  • A bug has been fixed where the sound of the M230 guns of the Apache series of helicopters didn’t depend on the rate of fire.

OK so you guys just ignore the fuel bug. 
There is reports about the fuel bugs where you choose full fuel load but when spawned in you get the min load. 
While if you choose the min fuel load you will get the full fuel tank or med fuel load. 
Also the fuel consumption is a lot higher than used to be. It doesn't matter if you are in top tier jet or low tier plane the fuel consumption is to high. 
There is also a visual bug with the guns on plane. When you shoot it will look if you are shooting at yourself, which will also make your tracers disappear.

nice Ty for the fixes

hopefully the fuel bug is being worked on and the self destructing planes 

but here are some bugs i experienced myself and few other players after asking around ingame and in the direct hit chat

 

1) constant screen freezing (same for potato PC and PC with Nvidia 2070 16gb RAM)

2) FPS drastic drop (my PC that has nvidia 2070 has average 60-70 FPS now its 20-30, my brother who uses a potato can barely run it and since its already on ULQ and having a worse experience)

3) dead tanks look like live in thermals even after burning and exploding (literally cooled down right after exploding shouldn't it take time at least?)

4) test drive jets have a bug when they respawn (they literally spawn facing straight down)

5) heli wont render in 3rd person view about 5km in normal and my brother in ULQ wont render in more than 3km (same for jets) 

6) i killed and even got killed by a shot that didnt even kill a single crew or ammo but it says crew knocked out

7) late rendering, multiple times i was rushed by a heli at the beginning and it wasnt rendered yet so my entire team cant see it while it killed us all (some even wont load until 10-15 minutes into the game, they just have a parachute image in their name and 0 deaths but they are actively killing players)

 

hopefully this gets noticed soon

There is something with helis and FFAR Rocket like mighty mouse. 

 

The accuracy of the rockets is different, it does not hit the sight in front of us in any way, the rockets are behaving strangely now. And machines with a ballistic computer no longer have a missile sight, it is not known how to shoot them.

rather than china buff more like how it should be

IDK why it was 7.5 before it literally use same autoloading mechanism as T72, why is it slower before?

That why Bot in air sim always crash when takeoff? why sim battle already hard to get kill,we already recived big nerf ecomomy in sim, now we cant get kill again

Please reverse this change. It's so annoying and has made the missiles 5 times harder to use.

 

This works well for the TOW-2B because they can penetrate the roof of enemy vehicles from quite some distance away, so you don't have to aim the missile in the vertical axis very precisely.

 

This DOES NOT work well for the Type 79 ASM. Due to being a high-explosive only missile, it can only damage enemy vehicles when it explodes very close to them. The missile flying above the cross-hair aim point with no reference mark to show where it's flying makes it almost impossible to get the missile to explode in the "sweet-spot" for a penetrating hit. Since this change most of my missiles have been either flying too low and impacting the turret front, or flying too high and doing no damage at all.

 

Then you have the added fact that the missile can also be used to damage light-tanks that are hiding around corners. For this situation it is not ideal for the missile to follow a flight path above where the user is aiming and requires the user to aim low to make the missile fly level with the enemy vehicle.

 

Again, please just make the missile follow the centre of the cross-hair like a standard HEAT ATGM.

I see people do this all the time. You have a 2070? Great. Good for you. The important part for War Thunder is the CPU. This game heavily relies on your CPU, not just GPU for frames. For example, I have a 1080 (2016) GPU, but my frames went up 40 just by upgrading my 1600 Ryzen to a 3600. So, what is your CPU? give us the full picture here. I often see stuff like this from laptop players, yes your laptop has a 1060 or whatever, but your CPU is some 2ghz junk, so stop whining, etc. Anyway, not sure why you're 60-70FPS. What is your settings? What resolution? I am 150fps+ @ 1440p high settings.

Gaijin, I beg you please undo the BMP-3 change. It's unplayable. 100mm should be primary, and 30mm secondary. Everyone is against that change. Or at least let us choose which weapon we prefer as primary and which one as secondary. Please.

In ground battles you can click on the map (not mini map, the one you pull up with m) to mark a location for your team, normally this puts a blue circle with an explanation point on the map and then a voice indicator saying "attention to the map," will notify your team. In the update the voice indicator was still there but the marker did not appear on the map.

This is a problem with the screen that represents you taking damage doesn't match with what the server saw. So the player effected by this were indeed killed as they should be, but the shot cam falsely shows that they are still alive. This happened to me a bunch and one thing I noticed is that most of the times where it happened, there was no shrapnel in the kill cam, this might explain the error.
