Merging accounts or transferring dlc on steam to another account

I have been playing warthunder since 2015 through a gajin account. I wasn't gifted a f-5c pack through steam that got sent to a war thunder account through steam that I don't use. I was wondering if i could suspend the steam account and keep the dlc then attach my steam link to gaijin to use the dlc or could i merge the accounts to get the f-5c pack?

and ask them if they can do anything about it.
