Fatal Error when attempting to run in high graphics, or turn on grass.

Hi,

 

Whenever I attempt to open the game in high graphics, or up the grass range in graphics settings, I get a Fatal error warning and I have to force quit the game. I shall attach a picture below along with my system information. You may be able to recreate by opening in medium, and trying to increase the grass range, or opening the game in high graphics.

 

It is not allowing me to attach the CLOG file, says the file type is not allowed.

Update, the issue doesn't happen at all any more after one of the mini patches.
