In-game, the PG 02 is classified as a "Motor Torpedo Gun Boat" even though it has no access to torpedoes.

 

It should be classified as a "Motor Gun Boat" like its classmate Sparviero

PG 02's type compared to Sparviero's

as you can see, no torpedoes.
