A-7E cannot use carrier respawn base

# Description

A-7E cannot use carrier respawn base. I suspect it lacks the attributes of a "Naval Aircraft". I tried to create a mission that allowed any aircraft to use the carrier respawn base. In this mission, the A-7E will not be able to correctly use the carrier respawn base, while other such as the AD-4 will be able to use it

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Enter a mission that has a carrier respawn base.

2. Select carrier respawn base using A-7E.

3. Unable to find carrier respawn base or resurrect planes in mid-air.
