How can I delete my Steam account If I have no email linked to it?

The Gaijin website says that I have an email linked to it, but I don't have any email linked to my steam account If I try to unlink this said email it prompts me to add a phone number to my account, If i click on that link it sends me to my security questions page (pic 2). Also tells me to check my email to confirm my account deletion but theres no email linked, I have no clue where this message is being sent to, I've checked all emails I have and theres nothing related to a Gaijin Steam account deletion.

 

I want to delete my Steam account so I can link my steam to my Gaijin account so that when I buy a pack off Steam I'll have no issues with it, also I have most of my data on SVXL (My Gaijin account)
