Rptd: You do not get Silver Lion penalty fine for teamkilling in Enduring confrontation (air SB)

# Description

Ever since the economy overhaul (some months ago) you do not get Silver Lion penalty fine for teamkilling in Enduring confrontation (SB). The auto-kick feature does work if you teamkill 2 times in same session, but you do not get any Silver lion penalties. (The overhaul also removed direct rewards from killing enemies, everything is based on activity now)

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Join Air simulator Enduring Confrontation match

2. Kill a team mate

3. Enjoy no penalty

If you need a target to shoot in your testing: I'm ready to be a guinea pig in the name of TK scinece.

 

PS. still no penalties after the last major patch (version 2.13.053)

Thanks,  but testing is done on the Development Server, this is what is actually exists for.   (Not to advertise the next update. That is a secondary function )
