Rptd: The Japanese name for japan in the Japanese localization is wrong

PC, I'm unable to verify this for xbox or ps but I assume the issue is the same on those platforms as well. 

# Description

The Japanese localization referrers to Japan as the Greater Japanese Empire(大日本帝國）. This is obviously wrong. The vehicles represented in game are  Japanese（日本）. Not from the Greater Japanese Empire. This may have made sense prior to post war vehicles being added to the Japanese tree but is functionally equivalent to calling Germany the third Reich in game.  

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. open the game

2. select Japanese as the language
