last .DMP I have: (28 October, I already had the problem)

Freeze detected: 8111000A

already tried to delete cache, update my OS, use Steam, delete config.blk, uninstall then install, windowed, different render, different resolution, graphism quality, work in progress (and not), full client (and not)

There is maybe a link with my last bug report witch wasn't patched and never resolved (some freeze and fps drop)

@pyromaniac1689,

Right, I see what the issue is now, Could you please try to start WT with this command and see if it starts? Top for Steam launch options, Bottom for starting launcher directory in a terminal.

VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/intel_icd.x86_64.json %command%

VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/intel_icd.x86_64.json ./launcher

In the launcher directory (without steam), I still have error in the terminal but the game have no problem for the moment:

MESA-INTEL: error: Bound a image to a descriptor where the descriptor does not have NonReadable set and the image does not have a corresponding SPIR-V format enum.

@pyromaniac1689,

Right, Good to hear, The issue started with a recent change in Ubuntu/POP!_OS that enabled the lavepipe/llvmpipe renderer (A software CPU renderer) and now WT is selecting llvmpipe/lavapipe instead of your actual GPU, In your case your Intel iGPU. That command forces WT to use your Intel iGPU and is the only workaround for now.

Regarding that error, It looks like it's a mesa error, As long as WT is running fine I wouldn't worry about it and just ignore it.

I have updated the existing report regarding this issue.

Locked and moved to documented reports.
