20mm and 30mm HE rounds which use RDX and Torpex as explosive do not occur to explosion damage.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

On the protection analysis, 20mm and 30mm autocannon like ADEN, DEFA, Akan, M61, T-160 and M39A1/2/3 HEF-I and HEI-T rounds do not make any explosion damage.

# Additional Information

 *Akan m/75 uses Hexal as explosive, but it has the same issue. HEF-I of Akan m/75 does not has  explosion damage, but APHE of it has explosion damage.

This is HEI of Colt mk.12 which uses Composition B as explosive. It has explosion damage.

This is HEF-I of M61 which uses RDX as explosive.

ADEN, DEFA and Akan m/55 use Torpex.

 

Akan m/57 has APHE and HEF-I and both use Hexal as explosive , but they show different type of damage. HEF-I has more Hexal.

After update 1.95, the HEF shells for the T-160s (seen in the Air Targets and Stealth belts) were accidentally nerfed, occasionally leading to a lack of damage against fast moving targets. The shells seem to have a delayed explosion, leading to them exploding behind a moving target, instead of directly on them. This leads to moments where the guns do very little/non-consequential damage, especially compared to pre 1.95.

 

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch a test flight in any gamemode with the F-86 F2, making sure to use Air Targets or Stealth as ammunition

2. Shoot an enemy aircraft
