Rptd: [2.11.0.106] Incorrect description of a weekly decal: "Falcon" emblem of the F 8 Wing, 3rd Division, SAF

# Description

Unlike what the description of this decal reads, sources describe the red background as being attributed to the 1st Division rather than the 3rd. It is correct that the author of the division insignia was in the 3rd Division so I suspect that is the origin of the mistake. It is also stated to be an eagle rather than a falcon. According to the source the background colours were as following: 1st Div: Red, 2nd Div: Blue 3rd Div: Yellow, 4th Div: Green and a white roundel for the 5th.
