account i can only acces thru steam & gaijin support reply time

sorry but idk where to put this qestion so here it is

 

lately i have found my old steam war thunder account that was binded to my steam, but i guess some people took over

 

anyway i have written a gaijin support ticket to which they responded in about 5 hours from posting, that day we exchanged about 5 or so messages about different security questions proving the account is mine indeed. then they asked me about the 2fa phone number that was binded to the account by the people that took over it.

i have responded to the message and then they just left me there, its already been a day since they didn't reply or anything, and the tickets status is still open

 

and i have no idea what to do. are they working on getting the problem fixed? are they thinking of my legitimacy? or did they just ended the case and moved on (I'm not sure about this one since the status is till open but I have no idea) having found no better place to post this il just leave it here 

 

if you got any ideas what's happening please let me know,   

 

(yes i know that they must have a busy schedule)

Hi.

Depending on the stage of your ticket, it can take hours, days or week(s).

Your case is a serious one, so expect it to take more time or have continued conversation.

thanks for the info!

 

so this means that gaijin hasn't given up on me yet,

but a small question does gaijin notify me if they give up on a ticket or do they just leave me hanging there>?  (just want to know for sure)

I haven't seen any of my tickets being ignored, they ask you for more information, update with status of ticket, answer your questions, etc. but don't leave you confused.

If you are concerned about if Gaijin Support is not answering your ticket, ask them for an update in the weekdays (Gaijin Support is not available in the weekends, so don't expect an answer in Sundays and Saturdays).

oh god thank you,

your way bigger help than you think, I have written the ticket Friday and it was Friday and it was Saturday they answered, now its Sunday they might have just ended shift when i asked for an update, 

again thank you very much
