(25.02.2022) "наддува" (pressure) dial incorrect gauging

# Description

The "надувв"  (pressure) dial is not working properly. As seen in the video, shows incorrect values for current throttle, and it jumps around to even more incorrect values.
Issue can be replicated in Test Flight.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. WEP at altitude higher than 3000-3500m, where it becomes disabled.

2. Fiddle with throttle at lower altitude, between 0-100%. At 0%, it jumps to high values.

# Affected vehicles

• Yak-3U,Yak-3P, Yak-3, Su-6, Yer-2. Safe to assume it affects ALL USSR  prop planes, that have this dial.
