Rptd: Decals not appearing on Tiger I Event Premium camo

# Description

Decals do not appear on the Tiger 1 premium event vehicle when using the unique camo it comes with. When i try to use other camos with the same decals, they appear. I remember a long time ago that decals did appear but now they don't for whatever reason. This issue only occurs with unique camo.

 

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to hanger and select customization for Tiger 1 event vehicle

2. Make sure unique camo is selected and attempt placing decals (They do not appear when using this camo specifically)
