(Additional) Bugged aiming with the spaa M247

# Description

Aiming on the M247 spaa is bugged, the target indicator doesnt change from ground to air, the white indicator is stuck on the ground which makes aiming at air targets difficult, I have tested all other spaa's in my trees and none have this issue. I havent played the M247 for a while and it was not until today that I noticed this.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch a test game

2. Attempt to aim, the problem persists, nothing needs to be done to recreate the bug, its always there.

# Additional Information

.       I have reinstalled the game but the problem is still there.
