how i see the achievements what exactly i have do to??

the title says it, i go to achievements but dont show the mark of distinction what i have to achieve.

Below where it says "Operation W.I.N.T.E.R." (to the left of your cropped image), click on "Task for tankers", "tasks for pilots" and "tasks for sailors". Click on either of them to see the specific tasks.
