the Ammo rack of the T-28 is still showing rounds despite of been empty

# Steps to reproduce the issue

Lunch the game

Use the T-28 or T-28E

empty your ammo

use the X-ray view to see the ammo rack inside the tank

# Additional Information

the ammo rack of the T-28 and T-28E are always show as full even when the tank carry no more rounds.
