# Description

The Type 90 (japan Rank VII 10.7 MBT) has an issue with it's market place camouflage - the "Type 90, digital training paint" camouflage (grey and white digital urban camouflage - as pictured). Said camouflage 'disables' or hides the use of decals. When selected, my decals applied do not show - the interface allows me to place decals, move decals, etc - but they all show as invisible while using this camouflage. If I link camouflage decor layout, decorations I have set will replicate to the digital training paint camouflage, but decals will again now show. It is as if using this skin is disabling or hiding decals applied.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Customize Type 90 MBT

2. Change to "Type 90 digital training paint"

3. Try to apply a decal - the mouse pointer will change to the 'apply' brush, but nothing will apply or nor will the decal show 'once applied'.
