If I call in an artillery strike then get destroyed does the artillery strike still go ahead or does it stop ? Can I still destroy a target after I died ? Thanks In ARCADE your artillery will still drop...and you can get kills after dying...not only from artillery, but also from planes that crash, rounds that were in flight or enemies that burn down...when i watch the replays i get kills from these...(and assists from many causes). HOWEVER...i am not so sure how spawn points in RB work in this regard...i stopped playing RB some time ago...but i dont recall spawn points increasing after death...not sure... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sometimes I have been killed and left with no respawn points and a return to hangar message ,So I watch the game a little in spectator mode then a vehicle I recently hit before dying is destroyed and I am given an assist and enough points then to respawn again .So I just wondered if artillery does the same . Sometimes when you are in big trouble artillery is all you have and i wondered if it was tactic to release it to get a reprieve or score points after death . It does seem with the new orange smoke that the chance of a kill with Arty is unlikely now as I have not had an artillery kill since they made the change which makes my OP a bit redundant.
