From what i can found at the sheet 15 is including armor layout stating 110mm of main belt under the principal bridge and going under the floating line.

(Between "11eme lisse" and the 14th which is the "Pont Principal").

 

Also it seems like all other sheets are set with "real values" over the armor.

 

The only thing which is not detailed are turrets, since it's an included element, and the turret should it's own plan

No worries, I have another diagram that shows the layout, but with a few errors. Other than those, it is correct.

No,... subs would be apart from high seas and coastal. 

 

Subs are completely needing a full work to be implemented in WT.

 

Also there is some exceptions that are really difficult to balance:

Fast subs under water (I-201 for exemple)

weaponary with Main Gun, and secondary torpedoes (Surcouf / HMS M-class [before 1925/1927 conversion])

The French navy will be added to what I see after the Chinese helicopters ! I don't even know if they started working on it. But indeed, the French navy, with the aim of circumventing the treaty of Washington (which did not count the submarines) was equipped with an important submarine force.

The Surcouf is a very interesting project indeed, too bad it was only limited to one copy, because the FNFL would surely have made good use of it.

The Surcouf has also disappeared in more than doubtful circumstances ! I even wonder if the Americans didn't sink it deliberately because of its bad reputation.

Still, I can't wait to see the French navy arrive, and of course, maybe one day the submarines.

French navy will be added one day, ... probably...

Why was it not added before, or at least, before italian navy? Probably for a question of balance between axis and allied forces as it was mensioned sometimes on the forum. Probably because GJ has to fix the navy mode before...

For now, if you want to play french navy, you can, but on another game...

The ML 1383, is another ship used by the French navy that could easily get added in a future coastal tree, so that can be interpreted as an encouraging step.

It is frustrating. Years passed and still they just can't get their hands on some document or hire someone to create 3D model or whatever the potential reason might be, I don't care. I'll just assume they already forgot France once had some ships.

The worst thing is that they have not forgotten the Soviet Navy ! Yet small compared to the French Navy at the time.

There is the Italian navy, although less powerful. The German navy, also less powerful..

I believe they don't care about us.

Why don't they add it ? Only they know it (and even..).

I can only assume that the meme "Russia Bias" have already come true in the Naval part of our game. Each time I play commune I feels bad for my friend who in a Marlborough which have bigger shell but less charge in it. The game is kind of broken for a long while I guess.

Indeed, the Washington Treaty, not very nice with France (which had a vast colonial empire) fixed its tonnage of battleships at 220,170 tons. Italy 180,800 tons.

France circumvented this treaty by equipping itself with the most powerful submarine force in the world. Too bad that the concepts of the submarine cruisers stopped at a single Surcouf unit.

Since the French and Italian navies were relatively similar, German and Soviet navies less powerful, it is abnormal that the French navy is missing.

The Chinese Navy has absolutely nothing to do with the French Navy at the time, and I don't think Gaijin will go that far !

I believe the Chinese's most modern ship was a 1932 cruiser, otherwise they only had ships from the 19th century, or early 20th century.
