[2.13.0.131] T-28 ammo count incorrect

# Description

T-28 does not model the correct ammunition count.  I set the ammo slider to 10 rounds yet the model shows full ammo count.  In game this allows for easy ammo detonation by opponents regardless of ammo count.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Select T-28

2. Click test drive or any ground battle

3. Select low amount of ammunition (ie. less than 10)

4. Hold key to show tank modules
