Wind of Change - Choose between 4k/8k client via Steam?

Hey guys!

 

Quick question here: With the Wind of Change Update Gaijin introduced different quality clients. I'm playing via Steam but it does not give me the option to choose between the clients.

 

Is this not a thing for the Steam-Version? Or am I missing something?
