French navy has nothing to do with this at all! Chinese heli tree helluva lot more needed than French navy atm. 

If France would have had coastal tree for 4 years without bluewater tree I'd agree with you, that's comparable to situation with Chinese heli tree ( or rather lack of one...)!

 

PS: I am not Chinese and I do play naval as well!
