Oldtimer1955 878 Report post Posted June 21, 2022 (edited) I tried to unassign and reassign the flaps button...thinking that could solve the issue of the flaps not working on "some" of the planes on my current lineup, namely, F4U-1C, F4U-4B, F8F-1 and F6F-5N...and could possibly the whole F series, so far. I will test other aircraft...but obviously this is an issue. HochgeborenKlown 1,276 Report post Posted June 21, 2022 What is your speed when trying to deploy...A lot of us used landing flaps in turn fights to be able to make sharper turns, it seems gaijin has added maximum speeds for they type of flaps you are deploying in AB...It will show landing flaps are deployed but they won't actually deploy until you are below what ever random speed gaijin has set... In your case...yes, they don't even deploy at all even when it should, like landing and slowing down...Note: the Ko and Hei also have this issue: But, the Otsu Kai and Otsu Tei do not have this issue...
